Take 5 Car Wash

Canceled my membership on person back on October 2025 and continue to be charged today (August 2026). Everytime I go to address it they take my info down and say they will contact corporate for refund and would reach out with any further questions or info needed and still haven’t! I’m thrown away $200

DO NOT pay for the membership at this place. I'm a traveling Union Crane Operator. I bought their membership a year ago. Not one Take 5 Car Wash would allow me in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. Barcode wouldn't scan through any of these places. It's my fault. I paid an entire year of membership. I kept trying to contact Take 5 customer service. They put you on hold until you give up. Had to contact my bank to stop the monthly charges. Nice car wash not bashing the workers but Corporate wants that membership

Honestly, the place is nice and car wash works well. Detailing after with towels and sprays are convenient. However, they are closed more than open. The membership isn’t pricey but would be nice to be able to use it as it’s advertised. I’m averaging 1-2 washes a month due to always seemly to go when they should be open. It are closed… maybe I’ll take the few extra minutes to go to the one in Etown a try that one. EDIT: Same Carwash; same issues. Always closed. If you have set hours follow them. If you can’t, update your hours. Save your time and just go to the Elizabethtown one down the road or different car wash all together.

Dave went above and beyond to help me! I really needed assistance cleaning my mats, and he took the time to scrub them himself. I truly appreciate the attention and care—thank you, Dave! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Well that was a waste of money. So many untouched spots with left dirt. I figured that the longer tunnel would do better than the one in Brandenburg. Well I was wrong on that thought. I also watched the two employees do rock paper scissors to see who wiped my vehicle before the wash. He only did half of the vehicle and smelled like weed. Ill never come back to that location.
